You can redeem the gift voucher when booking a time slot, either by phone or through the registration form on the website. It is valid for one calendar year from the date of issue.

Yes, the recipient of the gift voucher can transfer it to another person.
What should I do if I remember the gift voucher at the last minute?
If you need the gift voucher immediately, we will send you a printable version to your email address, which you can print yourself. We also send the original voucher by post mail.
